Yes, your bike will be assembled and accessories fitted ready for you to ride.
MY PREVIOUS BIKE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AFTER A BIKE FIT? CAN YOU MAKE IT FEEL THE SAME?
If you have specific fit requirements please provide your fit sheet and we can have the bike built specifically to your previous bike fit.
CAN I CHANGE MY REPLACEMENT BIKE OR PARTS TO SOMETHING MORE SUITABLE FOR MY RIDING NOW?
Yes simply advise your claims manager when discussing your replacement bike.
I HAVE A GENERAL MAINTENANCE QUESTION FOR MY BIKE, WHO DO I ASK?
You can contact your claims manager with any questions regarding any aspect of your bike.

WILL YOU ADVISE WHEN MY ORDER IS PROCESSED AND ON THE WAY?
